Today the Union presented the Company with a revision to Health Care Union Proposal #39 B. The proposal continued to include our Wellness Plan and also included a trigger that would provide additional dollars in HRA’s, ( Health Reimbursement Accounts), if the Wellness Plan was successful at reducing the rate of Health Care Costs. We have told AT&T that the solution to Health Care costs is not shifting the costs to you, the members.

We let the Company know today that the next moves are theirs to make. The Company needs to get off thisLOW ROAD to the race to the bottom!

The Contract expires midnight on April 7th, and your Bargaining committee is working very hard to reach an agreement. We can’t do this alone. We need every member to take part in mobilization! Stand up and be counted!

Mobilization News: Tonight Members rallied at the Battle of the Bay Ball Game at AT&T Park in San Francisco. An Air Sign was flying overhead which read AT&T = Corporate Greed.

Tomorrow night the Rally will be in Oakland for game two! Look to the skies at 6:15pm! We have a nationwide call Wednesday night April 4th at 5pm for the Districts in bargaining with AT&T.
