"Fighting for the American Dream" 

The Union and the Company met in full committee today. Over the weekend we met in subcommittee to discuss Overtime and the MOA's. 

In today's session the Committees discussed AUTS and have developed Joint Proposal #1- AUTS. The Joint Proposal on AUTS is an upgrade from the existing AUTS process. The Company provided answers to the Union on Marketing scheduling, pay checks and cash awards. 

The Union presented revisions to the following proposals and replaced the existing numbers by adding the letter "A". UP# 11A Language Differential; UP# 12A Class A Driver's License Differential; UP# 14A 5.02 Relief Differentials; UP# 15A 5.03 Shift Differentials; UP# 16A 5.04 Overtime and Call-Outs-Appendix B; UP# 18A Section B2.05; UP# 22A 5.06 Standby Pay- Appendix C Employees loaned to a higher wage zone be paid the higher wage zone; UP# 39A Health Care. 

With 13 days left until Contract Expiration we need to turn up the heat on Mobilization.  Stand Strong with Your Union Brothers and Sisters Coast to Coast to show the AT&T we are UNITED against their take backs!
